Rather belatedly, I am here to inform the few fans I have
that I have a patreon
account. I had it for a few weeks already, so if anyone has some extra cash on
hand, you can make a small donation to read upcoming parts of my ongoing
stories.
Now if you are asking why I am on patreon, the answer is
simple; I am a jealous man.
I have been writing for the past few years, and when I see
so many of my fellow writers on patreon, I can’t help but want a small piece of
the pie. Is this the most persuasive request for donations you would ever read?
No, but this is the truth. I am a small-minded jealous man who want YOUR MONEY!
With the begging out of the way, I am also here to tell
everyone I am writing a new story. It’s called ‘Grandpa Sweet
Fist’ and it is my take on the mentor figure troupe. In most adventure/fantasy
stories, there is always an older mentor figure who stood by the hero’s side
through thick and thin, only to be off before the end of the story.
This is that story but told through the eyes of the mentor.
I shall be adding in several other troupe like Badass Grandpa, Eccentric Mentor,
Old Superhero/Villain, Absent Parent and anything else I can throw in. Why am I
writing this story now when I am still writing the sequel of ‘The Suit-Maker’? Simply
put; the sales of the ‘The Suit-Maker’ sucks. Sales figures are poor, and I
seriously doubt it will get any better in the future. So hopefully, GSF will do
better.
